Solution
Qinshift took on the responsibility of setting up essential Atlassian Tools, including Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Crowd instances. Additionally, we implemented Insight for Asset Management. The key responsibilities undertaken by our team included:
· Providing Level 2 Support to address system issues promptly.
· Planning and executing the installation of Atlassian Tools and the required add-ons.
· Creating Asset schemas and efficiently provisioning network attached assets across the company.
· Monitoring system usage and managing application and system restarts when required, even outside of regular working hours.
· Developing and updating system documentation to ensure clarity and understanding.
